Payments
- Prices for services, products, or platform access are as agreed at the time of purchase or as stated on the relevant platform, and may change without notice for future purchases.
- Payments made through our platforms are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, PayHere. We do not store your full card details.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of the service or product.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Intellectual Property

- For custom project work, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Qubix IT retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
